1. Controller
The controller for personal data processed on this website is Sandro Uhler, UHLER AI, Schützenstrasse 38, 8280 Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, hello@owlrag.ch.
2. Visiting the website
When you open the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested) in server log files. Hosting provider: [add provider and location].
We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising and do not track visitors. Fonts are served from our own server; no third-party requests are made. Your chosen colour scheme (light/dark) is stored locally in your browser only.
3. Waitlist and pilot enquiry
If you sign up for the pilot, we process the details you enter: work email address, company, and optionally website and number of markets. We also record technical details of the request: chosen language, time and, if present, origin details (UTM parameters, referrer) to understand which channel brought you to us.
The purpose is to contact you about the pilot programme. After sign-up we send a confirmation email with a link (double opt-in). Your sign-up only counts once confirmed. The legal basis is your consent or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
4. Recipients and processors
To handle the waitlist we use the following service providers: workflow automation n8n [add hosting and location]; database Supabase [add region]; email delivery [add provider]. They process data on our behalf only.
5. Transfers abroad
Where providers operate outside Switzerland, we ensure appropriate safeguards for an adequate level of protection. [Specify if needed]
6. Retention
We keep your details for as long as the pilot programme runs and until you withdraw, for no longer than [period, e.g. 24 months] after the last contact. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after [period, e.g. 14 days].
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data and to withdraw consent. Write to hello@owlrag.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
8. Changes
We may amend this policy. The version published on the website applies.
